For policies commencing up to and including 31 May 2026, claims for Farmstyle Insurance are handled by the Issuer, QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited ABN 78 003 191 035 AFSL 239545.

To lodge a claim, please have your policy number hand and fill out our claim form. You will receive your claim number within 48 hours of lodgement.
